  AMERICA FUTEBOL CLUBE
America Futebol Clube completed
90 years of existence in 2002. During this journey, the club
acquired one of the largest properties of all Brazilian soccer
teams. America has an extraordinary infrastructure, with its own
stadium along with various facilities such as the Training Center
Lanna Drumond and the Sports Complex of Santa Luzia.
THE
PROGRAM
The America
International Soccer Club was created from partnership between
Centro Universitario Newton Paiva and America Futebol Clube. The
mission of this partnership is to train students from other
countries in the club facilities, in Belo Horizonte.
The methodology is
based on the assimilation of special tactics assisted by physical,
psychological and nutritional professionals. While playing with
renowned Brazilian teams, the International Students will benefit
from the success of training based on the strategy and perceptions
of one another, experiencing differences and maximizing their
potential.
The program is
offered throughout the year in the amateur category and professional
ranks, for athletes in different age groups as well as women, along
with pre-league sessions.
Centro Universitario
Newton Paiva participates in this program through its undergraduate
courses. The professional and trainees of Physiotherapy, Nutrition,
Dentistry and Psychology support the players through the program,
for healthy bodies and minds.

meals/day at the training center restaurant (breakfast, lunch,
dinner, snack) planned by nutritional specialists with varied

of a schedule with physical and technical training as well
as games compatible to the age of the
players;

Sports
equipment rented during the training except tennis shoes and boots,
which players must bring to the field;
ˇ
Coaching
staff with coach and goalkeeper coach who will work with the group
during the training. Besides, a translator will be full-time
available as well;
ˇ
Organization
of extra activities like sightseeing and observation of games
involving professional and youth teams. Utilization of social club
with swimming pool, sauna, etc;
ˇ Certificates
given to the players acknowledging
their completion of the training with America
International Academy.
Who
Can Participate?

Any
age group will be accommodated accordingly. (Minimum 20
participants needed to complete one session. For age groups 12 and
under, for every 20 participants, we will comp the program cost
for one escort.)

The course will be taught from 1 to 12 months
